Are All Of These Parts In Stock?

 

We get asked frequently whether or not a part is in stock... or people say "you show it online so that means you have it." Our online catalog and part number database is not an inventory stock checker and we do not display whether or not we have a part or item. Our catalogs and part number database is a source of information for our customers in assisting to get to the part, part number or price on an item. It does not mean we have it in stock. We don't list whether or not we have something in stock because availability on an item can change within a few minutes, so that is why we let you know the availability when we accept and process your order. If you are not sure if something is a special ordered item, please call us.

 

 

Can You Get GTO SAP Parts?

 

No, we're sorry. All of the parts have been discontinued and we've exhausted all of our resources in getting the SAP parts. This includes the SAP grilles, SAP kits and any other SAP part. The only thing that we can get anymore is the primed rear SAP spoiler using part number 12499666 under Pontiac make.

 

 

Do You Sell Genuine GM Parts?

 

Yes, we sell Genuine GM Parts and Genuine GM Accessories. We do not sell used parts and all of our parts are new, fresh from the factory, at GM. We order from many GM Warehouses across the country. GM Parts House is an authorized Genuine GM Parts and Genuine GM Accessories dealer.

 

 

Do You Sell Obsolete Or Discontinued GM Parts?

 

GM Parts House does sell obsolete and discontinued GM Parts. Sometimes when you order an older part on our site it is discontinued or obsolete. When you order a discontinued or obsolete GM Part from our site we check with many of our different sources for discontinued or obsolete GM Parts for availability. If we are able to obtain an obsolete or discontinued GM Part from one of our sources the price will normally be higher than what you were quoted or paid on our website. The reason for this is our pricing database on the site logs the last time GM updated the price on the item. Once GM discontinues the part the discontinued or obsolete establishments can charge us more for the part and that is why the price will be higher. We offer the part to you at the newer price and allow you to make the decision to cancel the order or provide the additional funds to continue with the order.

 

 

Do You Ship Outside The U.S.?

 

Yes, we ship outside the US. We'll need some more information. You can place an order and select "International USPS Shipping" or "International UPS Shipping" as your shipping choice. It will give you a TBD notice for the freight, which means to be determined. We recommend you select "International USPS Shipping" as it is normally the least expensive. You can submit your order and then we can get you pricing for the shipping to your location. In order for us to process any International orders we need a copy of your ID and a copy of the credit card, if used, for the transaction. The name on the credit card must match the name on the ID. If you are paying by PayPal direct, we just need a copy of your ID. We ask for copies for security purposes.

 

 

Do You Ship To Canada?

 

Yes, we do ship to Canada and we now have an option to select "Canadian USPS Shipments" or "Canadian UPS Ground Shipments" for shipments to Canadian customers. Please do not select "International USPS Shipments" or "International UPS Shipments". The shipping prices quoted do not include duties and taxes. You, the customer, are responsible for the duties and taxes.

 

 

How Do I Get Pricing And A Total Price Shipped If I Have A Part Number?

 

It is very easy to get pricing and the total prices shipped, however, you must pay close attention to the instructions. All pages on our website now have a part number search box in the header at the top of the page. Enter the GM part number in the part number search box, select the appropriate make and click on the search button. Our site will display the pricing results. You may add the item to your cart to also receive a shipping quote. You are not obligated to buy at this point! In some instances the shipping will be too low for oversized or heavy parts and we will contact you regarding extra shipping charges before your order is processed and we will not process or make any changes without your permission. If you are not sure an item will require additional shipping costs please send us an email or give us a call.

In step 2 of 4 you'll find a comments section right under the verify order button along with any checkout terms and conditions. In the comments section enter the year, make and model of your vehicle. That's pretty much it. We don't stock service manuals so it takes us 4-5 business days to receive them and it takes us 24-48 hours to ship.
