- No returns on electrical or special order items (no exceptions)
- All parts must be in their original packaging and be in the original condition
- All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee
- No returns after 30 days, period, for any reason at all
- Customer must pay any costs for freight back to us for return
- Freight costs to get the part to the customer originally are not refundable
After you submit your order everything is sent to us in a secure manner. The order is not finalized or charged to your card at this time. If you've given us a VIN# we'll verify to make sure you've ordered the correct parts. If we don't think you have, we will contact you. After we are sure we have the correct part numbers we will let you know when your order is expected to arrive at our dealership. After an order has completely arrived to us we ship within 24-48 hours. There are times that volume gets extremely heavy and there is a slight delay of more than 24-48 hours. At GM Parts House we take your privacy seriously. We never use your information for anything other than doing business and to complete a business transaction. Your email addresses, phone numbers, and personal information are never sold or given to anyone else for any other reason at any time. Your information is sent to us encrypted. Once the order is processed and the order is in motion all of your personal information is shredded at the dealership.
Once you click on check out your information is sent to us securely. Your credit card is not charged at the time of order submission. We check to see if the part is available from GM, verify that the part number is current and verify the current pricing. After all is checked out we process your order. At the time of order processing we then charge your card, before we ship the parts. We charge you first simply because there are those who's card does not work or cannot come through with payment at the current moment and end up not wanting the items. To keep your costs down and our costs down we don't need any items around that won't do you or us any good and tie up our inventory dollars.
We reserve the right to change the price of any part at any time and/or refuse to sell a part for any reason at any time. Price changes that can be made through the month are final and all sales before and after the price change are final. We will accept no returns after 30 days and all boxes or packages must be in the same condition as which they were received. If a package is received in anything other than perfect manner, please call and note upon receipt. Anything noted after the fact is the responsibility of the buyer.
