This catalog is provided as a convenience to our customers as a way to look up parts for their vehicles. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy this catalog is not provided by General Motors and therefore is not updated with the monthly frequency of the GM catalog. We make an extreme effort to ensure that you receive the correct parts for your vehicle and the inclusion of your VIN helps us accomplish that goal. GM Parts House Checkout Policy
We now have a secure automatic credit card processing system. When you place the order, you will be charged for the order at that time. If you've given us a VIN we'll verify to make sure you've ordered the correct parts. If we have any questions regarding accuracy of the parts looked up or we have any questions or concerns we will contact you. After we are sure we have the correct part numbers we will let you know when your order is expected to arrive at our dealership. After all parts to complete an order have been verified and processed it will be sent to our shipping department and we will ship your order within 24-48 hours. There are times that volume gets extremely heavy and there is a slight delay of more than 24-48 hours and we will let you know that at the time of order processing. GM Parts House Order Cancellation Policy
GM Parts House normally processes all online orders placed the previous day starting at approximately 9:00 AM Eastern Time the following day. For example, if you place an order Monday at 1:00 PM Eastern Time we will not process that order until Tuesday starting at approximately 9:00 AM Eastern Time. This gives you an opportunity to add to your order or cancel your order in the event you need to do so. Once your order is processed by us and you're given a time frame and your parts are ordered the order is no longer able to be cancelled. Why, you may ask? Once we process your order we process the order in-house and send your order information to General Motors. Once General Motors receives the order we are no longer able to cancel the order with them. This is also why special order parts are non-returnable. If you've placed an order by phone, we normally process all phone orders within an hour and sumbit the order to General Motors. Once we've sumbitted phone orders to General Motors they are also not able to be cancelled.
GM Parts House Price Matching Policy
GM Parts House has the best pricing on GM Parts, GM Accessories, Genuine GM Parts and Genuine GM Accessories on the internet. At GM Parts House, we believe in charging a great price for the part with reasonable shipping charges. Other sites may charge less, but then charge double or triple on shipping just to get your attention and business from the extremely low price on the part. In the event that another GM Dealer on the internet has a lower price, after shipping and handling charges, we will gladly match that price. That's right, GM Parts House price matches other GM Dealer websites. Please keep in mind that we match the total price shipped, so again, that would be after shipping, handling, packaging fees and any fuel surcharges. GM Parts House does not charge a fuel surcharge and will not do so. We also have to be able to verify the total price shipped on the internet ourselves. This would mean we would need to be able to visit the website ourselves and verify the total price shipped. Emails from other Dealers, Dealer employees or phone calls or phone numbers are not eligible for a price matching.

GM Parts House Privacy Policy
At GM Parts House we take your privacy seriously. We never use your information for anything other than doing business and to complete a business transaction. Your email addresses, phone numbers, and personal information are never sold or given to anyone else for any other reason at any time. Your information is sent to us encrypted. Once the order is processed and the order is in motion all of your personal information is shredded at the dealership.
GM Parts House Return Policy
» All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
» No returns on electrical or special order items (no exceptions).
» All parts must be in their original packaging and be in the original condition.
» No returns after 30 days, period, for any reason at all.
» Customer must pay freight costs to return a part or order to us.
» Freight costs to get the part or order to the customer originally are not refundable.
» All returns must be approved by GM Parts House. This means you must contact GM Parts House for a RMA number and a RMA form. If we receive a part or order without a RMA number and RMA form your part or order will be refused and returned to you. We also will not consider that part or order for future return eligibility.

GM Parts House Terms And Conditions Of All Sales
We reserve the right to change the price of any part at any time and/or refuse to sell a part for any reason at any time. Price changes that can be made through the month are final and all sales before and after the price change are final. We will accept no returns after 30 days and all boxes or packages must be in the same condition as which they were received. If a package is received in anything other than perfect manner, please call and note upon receipt. Anything noted after the fact is the responsibility of the buyer. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and/or a fee for unacceptable boxing or packaging. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of a sale at any time for any reason. No returns on special order parts or electrical parts.
GM Parts House Warranty Policy
GM Parts House is an authorized GM Parts Dealer. Every GM Part that we sell comes with a 12 month parts warranty that is backed and honored by General Motors Corporation and GM Parts House is not responsible, financially, for the warranty. We are able to coordinate a parts warranty for you and submit it to General Motors. We will first need to verify with you the part in question is defective and then we'll require some further information, such as address, VIN, mileage, etc., and then we can submit the claim to General Motors. Since your original receipt is an authentic GM Dealer receipt, you can also take the part and receipt to your local GM Dealer, if it is more convenient, however, local GM Dealers are not always accepting to warranting a part not purchased from them. GM Parts House prefers to handle the warranty for you in order to ensure you're satisfied with the customer service provided.
