GM Parts House has the best pricing on GM Parts, GM Accessories, Genuine GM Parts and Genuine GM Accessories on the internet. At GM Parts House, we believe in charging a great price for the part with reasonable shipping charges. Other sites may charge less, but then charge double or triple on shipping just to get your attention. In the event that another GM Dealer on the internet has a lower price, after shipping and handling charges, we will price match. That's right, GM Parts House price matches other GM Dealer websites. Please keep in mind that we match the total price shipped, so again, that would be after shipping, handling, packaging fees and any fuel surcharges. GM Parts House does not charge a fuel surcharge and will not do so. We also have to be able to verify the total price shipped on the internet ourselves, not by calling anyone anywhere else.
At GM Parts House we take your privacy seriously. We never use your information for anything other than doing business and to complete a business transaction. Your email addresses, phone numbers, and personal information are never sold or given to anyone else for any other reason at any time. Your information is sent to us encrypted. Once the order is processed and the order is in motion all of your personal information is shredded at the dealership.

If you've given us a VIN we'll verify to make sure you've ordered the correct parts. If we don't think you have, we will contact you. After we are sure we have the correct part numbers we will let you know when your order is expected to arrive at our dealership. After an order has completely arrived to us we ship within 24-48 hours. There are times that volume gets extremely heavy and there is a slight delay of more than 24-48 hours. We reserve the right to change the price of any part at any time and/or refuse to sell a part for any reason at any time. Price changes that can be made through the month are final and all sales before and after the price change are final. We will accept no returns after 30 days and all boxes or packages must be in the same condition as which they were received. If a package is received in anything other than perfect manner, please call and note upon receipt. Anything noted after the fact is the responsibility of the buyer. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and/or a fee for unacceptable boxing or packaging. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of a sale at any time for any reason. No returns on special order parts or electrical parts.

Every GM Part that we sell is comes with a 12 month 12,000 mile parts warranty that is backed and honored by General Motors Corporation and GM Parts House is not responsible for the warranty. You may obtain a replacement part by taking your original receipt from GM Parts House to your local GM Dealer and speaking with the service department. The service department will then inspect the item and upon approval you will be issued a new replacement item and the service department will submit a repair order with your signature and vehicle information to General Motors for reimbursement.
